We guarantee quality workmanship

When you first get your tent or tipi, lay it out in a clean dry area and inspect it. If you are not satisfied after the inspection of the tipi or tent that you purchased, you may return it for a full refund including shipping. It must be returned in a clean and dry condition for this to apply. This does not apply to custom tent orders.
