The walls and fly are all one piece on this style of dining fly.  The advantages of this style of fly are the walls act as guy ropes so fewer guy ropes are needed.  The foot print of the area under the fly grows fast because of the slope of the walls.  If you have extra side poles, the walls can be lifted up for even more room under the fly.  Extra guy ropes would be required in this set up.

All seams are sewn with a ¾”  flat felled locking seam, has a 12″ wear strip down the center for the ridge pose with ties to tie to the ridge pole, and ¾” webbing around the entire perimeter, stake loops are approximately 24″ apart with reinforced corners.  Options for the sloping wall fly are split end walls, pantry, and storm flap. (A storm flap is a 12″ piece of material on the ends of the fly so if you add split end walls, it closes the top in.)  One set of split end walls completely encloses one end of the fly.
